Desperate men and children scour underwater mine-shafts in this terrifying report. Breathing through nothing more than a thin pipe connected to an air compressor, going 30 foot deep underwater for hours in search of gold is all in a day’s work for 16-year-old Gerald. "I'm afraid, if the earth collapses, I will get buried underneath" says the teenager. Surrounded by rock walls in the pitch black darkness of the water, the men chip away at walls for 3 hours. They find no gold. For many like Gerald school is a distant memory, and illegally diving for gold the only alternative to starvation. Hundreds of deaths by electrocution, drowning and even the possibility of Mercury poisoning have had little impact on compressor mining activities, which continue un-policed and unregulated. There appears little hope of change on the horizon. "If I could only give job opportunities - I will take them away from compressor mining. It is just that I have no alternative at this point" says Ricarte Padilla, Mayor of Jose Panganiban - Philippines' so-called "Gold Coast". As it is, the children and family men unearthing 60-80kg of gold per month see the lions share of wealth disappear into the Chinese black market. The Children Working On Indian Coal Mines

Rat Hole Minors (2014): In the coal mines of India, tens of thousands of children are forced to work in "rat holes", tiny pits too small for adults to reach. According to Hasina Karbith, a charity worker for Indian NGO Impulse, there are over 70,000 underage children working just in the mines of Meghalaya. The charity is trying to fight what they say is a rampant illegal industry of trafficking from Nepal and child labour in the mines. "We wrote more than 60 letters to the government with the findings and still we didn't get any response. I still remember the day when the government wrote back to us and said, 'you have to present the names of the 70,000 children. If you cannot do it in the next 15 days then your organisation is going to be shut down'." All thanks to man'’s unlikely new best friend: the rat. “Rats have been used for the detection of explosives for many years. "There were experiments using laboratory rats back in the 50’s”" says this NGO worker. Near a village, a de-mining team is sent on a suspected minefield. Too light to detonate the mines, the rats are also able to smell them out in any weather. “"I'’m confident about their work. I trust them completely”," says Cerveza who trained his rats for two years. They scratch the ground to indicate the location of the explosives before their human colleagues take over the risky job. Soon, the villagers praise the furry heroes as two live landmines are safely detonated. But the work to clear the area has only just begun: "“For a task like this, we would expect to take about three or four weeks."” SBS Australia – Ref. 4620 Journeyman Pictures is your independent source for the world's most powerful films, exploring the burning issues of today. Consumption and waste. Environmental degradation and conservation. No matter where we live, these issues affect our lives. But how do these issues manifest differently around the world? Inside The World's Worst Humanitarian Crisis | VICE on HBO Full Episode

27:35
“If you survived the mines, you’d get killed by a sniper,” said Khaled Ahyaf, a Doctor at a child malnutrition clinic in Eastern Yemen, barely a mile from an active frontline, explaining why he can’t get desperately needed supplies. “We’re living on the last 5%,” said Nabat Sulaiman, a nurse, “we only do the limited work we can do. We beg them, try to make peace.” They were surrounded by tiny, emaciated and wailing babies, just some of the 20 million people now facing famine due to the war in Yemen. A coalition led by Saudi Arabia and the UAE have been fighting for four years in an attempt to defeat the Houthi rebels, who they see as Iranian proxies. But there is no victory in sight, various efforts at a peace deal have failed and the war, being waged with US supplied weapons and equipment, grinds on. Air-strikes, landmines, rag-tag militias who use child soldiers and widespread blockades of food and aid have made this the world’s worst humanitarian crisis. VICE News travelled to Yemen in October 2018 to report on the civilians who are being hit the hardest, the brave volunteers risking their lives to save them and the motley crew of U.S.-backed fighters , who want a fight to the finish, regardless of the costs. This shocking feature exposes an unreported war, much of which is focused around the state's lucrative tea plantations. The rebel groups argue colonialism is still rife; "We are fighting against the Indian state that is exploiting Assam. All wealth generated here is taken away“. The Indian government have repeatedly sent in the army in a failing attempt to put down a bitter independence struggle. In recent years the battle has turned nastier with allegations the Government has sanctioned a new strategy - the death squads. The government insists that the rebels are all but defeated. Revealing interviews with estate managers facing kidnap and murder suggests otherwise. Evidence of collusion with Pakistan's Intelligence Service for the purchase of sophisticated firearms suggests the violence is becoming more aggressive and more widespread. As a result, the livelihoods of a million 'tea tribe' workers, who depend upon the industry, are in jeopardy. This piece powerfully shows that it is a struggle neither the Army or the guerillas can win, and it is the millions who depend on the lucrative tea trade who are left the losers. A powerful insight into a conflict that has killed thousands, but barely penetrates Western consciousness. Fallout from Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant - Richard Broinowski

40:47
Journalist, author, diplomat and Adjunct Professor from the University of Sydney, Richard Broinowski tells the story of the Fukushima daiichi nuclear power plant disaster. His talk looks back to the development of the Nuclear Village in Japan, including General Electric and the American state's successful efforts to sell nuclear energy to Japan under the auspices of selling them energy self-sufficiency. Richard speaks Japanese, has lived in Japan and made many visits. He has thoroughly researched the incident and subsequent events and impacts. He is confident that Japan has, post-Fukushima, 'turned a corner' and notes that many Japanese prefectures are becoming less inclined to restart reactors in the wake of the Japanese people's diminishing faith in the technology and its various safeguards. Will we see Japan embrace renewable energy production with their famous reputation for innovation and stoicism? What does the Fukushima disaster mean for the future of the nuclear power industry beyond Japanese shores? What of the Australian uranium mining industry, and its commercial viability? Richard Broinowski gave this public lecture in the Hawke Centre at the University of South Australia in February of 2012, ahead of the release of his forthcoming book on the subject.

ARTHUR SPYROU- Australian Ambassador to the UAE speaks to WILLIAM FARIA

03:29
DUBAI: The UAE and Australia shared an $8 billion two-way trade in goods and services in 2015-16, including a $3 billion trade in services that was 8.7 per cent higher over the year. Australia and Saudi Arabia also recorded a $2.8 billion two way trade and in goods and services. Australia’s strong capability in health research and mining will be on display in the Middle East and North Africa region during the Australia Unlimited MENA 2017 (AU MENA) trade mission this month (March). The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) will host its annual Australia Unlimited MENA roadshow from 11-19 March and several leading Australian universities, mining, and healthcare companies will be represented. Australia’s dynamic health research expertise will be profiled during the fifth AU MENA campaign using the theme “collaborate to innovate.” For the first time, Austrade’s mining mission will be a focus of the roadshow, which will promote the bilateral trade, investment and cultural ties that exist between Australia and the MENA region. Major activities will take place in UAE and Saudi Arabia, and there will be associated programs in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Egypt. Australia’s ambassador to the UAE, Arthur Spyrou, said Australia’s mining companies had a lot to offer the MENA region in terms of developing a broad range of projects beyond the energy sector. “Australia is one of the world’s leading mining nations, with a particular expertise in the mining technologies and services that help to keep the world’s mines operational,” Spyrou said. “At a time when many nations in the MENA region are exploring the potential of their mineral deposits this represents a good opportunity to talk about needs and capability.” Through a series of high profile forums, targeted roundtables, and official meetings, AU MENA will provide introductions between Australian companies and key government officials, industry stakeholders, and projects in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.

Clive Palmer Makes China Apology Over 'mongrels' Remarks

00:52
Australian billionaire Clive Palmer has apologised for calling the Chinese government "mongrels" in televised comments that drew widespread criticism. In a letter to China's ambassador to Australia, the mining tycoon apologised for "any insult to the Chinese people caused by any of the language I used". He said, strong ties between Australia and China were in everyone's interests. Palmer made his comments in an interview last week with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. He also said the Chinese government "shoot their own people" and suggested "they want to take over this country". Amid a strong backlash, Mr Palmer then clarified that his comments were aimed at a Chinese company with whom he is locked in a legal dispute. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-28923903 http://www.wochit.com

Between trips I lived in Earl's Ct, Nottirnrg Hill, Hampstead and Kensington. One of the places I lived at in Notting Hill, Colville Sq off the Portobello Rd in 1966. I lived next door to All Saint's Hall that was part of the Church. One night I heard music coming from the hall and I went to investigate and got talking to the guy at the door who seem to be in charge of everything. I had no intention of paying the one man - band guy at the door. Eventually he gave up for any more paying customers. The more we talked the more we got friendly and by this time there was probably about only ten people in this small hall. He asked if I could operate the lights from the balcony and I told him no problem and all the time the four guys Barrett, Waters, Mason and Wright were up on the stage banging out their tunes. It only took a short time for word to get out and the hall was jammed at every session they performed after the 30th September 1966 to total of 11 appearance. Soon after All Saint's Hall Pink Floyd eventually got the opportunity to play at the Roundhouse in Chalk Farm on the October 15 1966 for the first time that was ''All Night Rave'' The one - man band guy asked me if I would be interested in helping with the lights them and I told him I would have to think about it since Chalk Farm was over on the other side of London which was the only excuse I could think of. I really thought they were very talented and very much into there music which didn't appeal to me and they attracted a crowd whom seem to be away out there in space some where or a combination of there own psychedelic world which was not my scene. I never did show up to help the one - band man with his lights. I moved on to other things to other places and eventually to other countries and All Saint's Hall down the Portobello Rd in Notting Hill is all but a memory. While working for Liberty's of London in the nineteen sixties I wore handmade Liberty print floral design ties made by a lady who was a frequent shopper at Liberty's. It wasn't to long before Mr Liberty himself noticed that I was wearing a Liberty print tie and asked confirming of what he saw was correct that it was a Liberty print tie. Years later I was in Morristown New Jersey that I notice some one wearing a LPT in a restaurant that I had to see the label and so it was a LPT. http://www.lyricsfreak.com/p/pink+floyd/biography.html Nellie Flynn was one of the great character I met traveling on the road and I came across her in Batchelor Northern Territory Australia dressed in her best walk-about and to me she was the Queen of the Territory. She was 87 years of age then and that was 1968 and she lived to 101 years old. After few months in Rum Jungle/Batchelor I overland it to Sydney and got a job in The Journalist Club(Journos' Club) that drew a lot of characters from Ron Laver(Tennis Player),Governor General Lord Casey, Chip Rafferty (Actor) and Alexander MacDonald(Journalist). Every other night on our block was a singing party on Rum Jungle Uranium Mine, NT, Australia 1968. Nellie Flynn was one of the great character that I met while traveling on the road and I came across her in the mining town of Batchelor in the Northern Territory of Australia dressed in her best walk-about and to me she was the Queen of the Territory. She was 87 years of age then and that was 1968 and she died 101 years old in 1982 . The mines in question are all owned by businessman Rinat Akhmetov of the mining and metallurgical "Metinvest" corporation. 中企협동조합 57% "남북경협 참여의사 있어" More than half of South Korean small and med-sized firms are willing to resume business with North Korea. According to the Korean Federation of SMEs, about sixty-percent of its 214 members hoped to work with the regime again and chose Gaeseong and Pyeongyang as the best places in the North to work. The members preferred the business model of the Gaeseong Industrial Complex, which was jointly run by the two Koreas, with South Korean companies employing workers from up North. However, roughly seventy-percent expressed concerns about unstable political conditions. Thailand Notorious Deadly Prison (Bang Kwang Prison) | BBC Documentary

59:02
Thailand Notorious Deadly Prison (Bang Kwang Prison) | BBC Documentary Bang Kwang Central Prison (Thai: บางขวาง; rtgs: Bang Khwang) is a men's prison in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand, on the Chao Phraya River about 11 km north of Bangkok. It is a part of the Department of Corrections. It is the location of the men's death row and the execution chamber of Thailand. As of 2009 the prison had 4,163 prisoners. The prison houses many foreign prisoners. It is a harsh prison that handles death row and long-sentence prisoners. All prisoners are required to wear leg irons for the first three months of their sentences. Death row inmates were required to have their leg irons permanently welded on,[2] although this practice ended in 2013. In the book The Damage Done, former prisoner and drug courier Warren Fellows recounts that the prison was nicknamed "Big Tiger" by the Thais because it "prowled and ate".[4] Fellows's associate Paul Hayward also served part of his sentence there. Prisoners receive one bowl of rice in vegetable soup each day. Other food must be purchased from the prison canteen. The prison works on a chit system. Each prisoner has an account with the canteen. Poor prisoners do chores for wealthier prisoners and prison guards to earn money for food. Some Westerners, particularly British, Americans, and Canadians receive extra money monthly from charities. Thai prisoners used to be served red rice, "khao daeng", foreign prisoners white rice. This was abolished as it was seen as discrimination. All prisoners are now served white rice. In 2004 there were nine British prisoners in Bang Kwang, including Michael Connell, serving a 99-year sentence (commuted from the death sentence and later reduced to 30 years) for smuggling 3,400 ecstasy tablets and Andrew Hawke, serving a 50-year sentence for smuggling heroin. Andrew Hawke has since been released from prison and is now a free man. He was granted a pardon. He left Bang Kwang Prison in February 2013. Michael Connell has since been transferred back to the UK to finish his sentence. He took advantage of the British transfer treaty. Lee Williams (formerly of Gibraltar) was arrested in 1996 for attempting to export heroin and sentenced to 200 years (later commuted to 99 years). He served 10 years in chains (five of them in solitary confinement) and contracted tuberculosis. The British Embassy was instrumental in applying for him to repatriate on a bilateral transfer treaty to serve out his Thai sentence in British custody on health grounds. He transferred back to UK in 2005 to serve his remaining sentence in HMP Rye Hill, working as a chapel orderly playing hymns on piano for services. He also attained a degree in psychology. He was released in 2011 after serving 15 years in total after receiving a Royal Kings Pardon. He now works in Stoke for Walk Ministries, a Christian-based organisation that assists former prisoners. The prison is the location of the men's death row and execution chamber of Thailand. As of 2009 743 men were on death row. As of 1995 there is one man from the United Kingdom on death row at Bang Kwang, Alan John Davies. He was the first European to receive a death sentence in Thailand The prison is featured in the popular simulation game Mafia Wars: Bangkok, as one of the jobs under the criminal tier (Pay Off The Guards At Bangkwang Prison) where one has to choose between the Triad and the Yakuza factions. In the episode "Great Space Roaster" from American Dad!, Roger is placed by Stan in Bang Kwang. His prison cell is placed deep underwater and surrounded by mines. However, Roger brutally massacres two dozen guards and makes a raft out of their corpses to escape. Partly, in popular culture, Bang Kwang Prison is considered to be a prototype for a plot of Bangkok Hilton, a fictional prison in an Australian TV show of the late-1980s with the same title (starring: Nicole Kidman, Denholm Elliott, Hugo Weaving). The plot and story of the show do not accurately reflect life in the prison and contains only fictional characters and information. A character in the New Zealand television series Top of the Lake claims to have spent eight years in Bang Kwang Prison for marijuana possession with intent to sell.

Fukushima Meltdown & The Hidden World Of Nuclear With Nuke Expert Dana Durnford

01:33:00
Japan's Kansai Electric To Gut 2 Nuclear Reactors As Energy Demand Stagnating . Why is it that being a part of nuclear means it turns seemingly normal caring people into heartless monsters and killers .The cover picture is of women in the Fukushima prefecture with high level radiated fruit for sale . Why is it when people become pro nuclear like a nuclear scientist or student or people who work in the industry immediately refuse to acknowledge nuclear effects and claim its like walking in sunshine or eating a banana . If they work for media that report on nuclear or work for uranium mining or the notorious vicious uranium stocks and bizarre inbreeds from the industry end up in nuke university or work for govt they claim then nuclear is like potato chips and flying on a airplane like everyone is too stupid to have a conversation like they are so much netter than all life in the universe like they are the chosen ones and only deception is worthy of in their reply's . their contempt for you and all life is blatantly obvious . Japans energy demand is stagnation they don,t ever need nuclear , they would have to idiots to even suggest nuclear when they can,t even solve Fukushima basic problems . So another 2 mass murdering nuke machines belching man made radiation pollution is over , this is a great day for all life on earth but they will never be able to repair the damage those murder machines have already done to earth . We will cover how OSAKA japan was also hit with very high radiation . Japan hideous odious media worked full time to cover it up and play it down . its like a sickness or illness except it makes people into killers , nuclear is a disease . ITOGON, BENGUET MEDICAL MISSION FOR THE VICTIMS OF TYPHOON PEPENG OCTOBER 15, 2009 Bua Training Center at Itogon, Benguet is the site of an evacuation center for the victims of the big landslide at Luneta Hill and surrounding areas within the Municipality of Itogon, Benguet. The total number of families affected by the landslide was 88. About 69 families lost their homes and their source of livelihood. Most of these families were formerly employed by the mining company that operated in Itogon. Most of these are still engaged in small scale mining activities. Partners in the Medical Mission Benguet Provincial Health Office: A team of 18 medical professionals including doctors, dentists, nurses and medical technologists headed by Provincial Health Officer Dr. Esteban Piok Itogon Municipal Health Office: A team of twelve (12) medical professionals headed by Municipal Health Officer Dr. Oliver Guadania Representatives from the Department of Health: The Department of Health was headed by Dr. Calpito Jollibee Foods Corporation Baguio Branch: Jolibbee provided food for the medical dental mission team headed by Jolibbee Area Manager Sweden Mojano OceanaGold Philippines, Incorporated Friends from the Media: Cesar Perante of the Manila Bulletin Rick Reyes - Baguio based photo journalist Patients attended to: Medical - 209 Dental - 27 The Medical Dental Mission OceanaGold initiated the medical mission in partnership with the Provincial and Municipal Health Offices of the province of Itogon, Benguet. The health offices were very thankful of this initiative as most of the assistance given to the typhoon victims did not include medicines. The Provincial and Municipal Health Offices mobilized all their available staff even on short notice. It so happened that several MHOs from other municipalities were stranded in Baguio and La Trinidad Benguet so when called upon by their Provincial head they readily responded. The Department of Health and Provincial Health Office took this opportunity to bring their services to the people. These included laboratory services such as urinalysis and total blood counts. Distribution of vitamins to children was likewise done by representatives of the Department of Health. Jollibee Foods Corporation brought their mascot to entertain the children (Oct 14) and provided some of the meals for the medical mission team. This mission provided OceanaGold the opportunity to network with other entities who share the company's commitment to help people.

Israel added Uranium to orange juice

03:36
Juice laced with uranium is just one of many clinical trials allegedly conducted at Israel's Negev nuclear plant, claims investigative journalist Yossi Melman. Melman has accused the plant's management of forcing its workers to take part in life-threatening experiments for the sake of nuclear developments. They also claim the government and the military are involved in a cover-up of the tests. It's taken a decade for them to speak out, but workers at Israel's nuclear reactor facility claim their managers gave them uranium to drink -- as part of an experiment. With no medical supervision or explanation of the risks, the workers now want compensation. "They told me that the managers of the laboratory approached a few workers within the laboratory and asked them if they are ready to volunteer for a research that they are doing and when the said 'yes' they were asked to drink juices -- grapefruit and orange juice with uranium," Investigative Journalist Yossi Melman says. Professor Tzvi Bentwich is a doctor and human rights campaigner who says Israel still lacks the laws to protect its people against clinical trials like this. He believes the claims are plausible. "My guess it that the idea was to see what is the amount of uranium that is present in drinking water that is ingestible that would show by the regular detection methods bearing in mind that in this set up of the nuclear plant maybe workers or people that are there would be exposed food, water that may be contaminated and therefore the idea would be how much would they be exposed till they get to be detected," says Professor Tzvi Bentwich of Ben-Gurion University. The government's response is confusing -- insisting it never happened, while suggesting an investigation. Israeli authorities deny the claims. In a statement emailed to RT's offices they explicitly say there have not been human experiments at the Negev Nuclear Center. What's more they write that the CEO of Israel's Atomic Energy Commission has decided to put together an expert team. They won't give any statements until the investigation is complete. These aren't the first such allegations in Israel. Dorit Tahan was a teenage army officer, drafted with 700 other soldiers to find an anthrax vaccine. They were told the tests were safe, but ten years on, many still suffer skin and breathing problems, headaches and stomach pains. "We were soldiers, young soldiers -- highly motivated -- we believed with all our heart in the army, in the state, so we had no reason not to participate in that," Tahan says. Similar claims have emerged from naval troops, saying they were ordered to dive into water polluted by toxic waste. Many developed cancer. It took years for the incidents to come to light. From the military: a flat denial. So at the nuclear reactor, it's no surprise to people like Gideon Spiro that there's great pressure on workers in sensitive jobs to keep quiet. He led the campaign to free Mordecai Vanunu, the whistleblower jailed for 18 years for revealing Israel's atomic weapons work. "One of our demands is to open Dimona (location of Negev nuclear plant) for international inspection to know what is exactly happening not only with the manufacturing of weapons but how they are dealing with the nuclear waste for instance," Human rights activist, Gideon Spiro says. Israelis have always seen the reactor as their protector from enemy attack. But allegations of medical tests on people -- and an ever-growing official wall of silence -- could force some to consider whether it's becoming a public enemy. Youth mobs drive teachers from Australia town

04:57
Carjackings, children armed with axes and machetes and teachers airlifted out for their own safety are not the kind of scenes witnessed in most Australian towns. But in the Aboriginal community of Aurukun, in Queensland's remote Cape York, they have become familiar of late says journalist Kathy Marks. On Wednesday, after the headmaster of Aurukun's primary school was carjacked for the second time in two weeks, children as young as six threw rocks at homes in town after dark. Teachers were evacuated from the community after the first carjacking and had only returned at the beginning of the week. After Wednesday's attack, the state government evacuated them again and have closed the school until July. It marks another low point for a troubled community with a history of unrest and violence, caused by complex factors including alcohol and drug abuse, family breakdown, and long-standing tensions between the five clans which make up the 1,300-strong community. Residents and community support staff say that Aurukun's mostly law-abiding population is angered by the actions of about 30 "disengaged" children and young people believed to be responsible for most of the recent disturbances. 'Handful of troublemakers' But what frustrates locals even more is the apparent failure of government to provide adequate security for teachers and what they see as a softly-softly approach by Aurukun police. Footage circulated earlier this month showed officers standing by during a public brawl. Senior police have defended their actions, saying the complex tribal relations between Aurukun residents means intervening in conflicts has the potential to escalate the situation. In a statement this week, the Wik Women's Group, representing the community's female elders, noted that although one in three head teachers across Australia had been physically attacked, according to recent reports, their schools had not been closed. "Nowhere else in Australia would a government condone shutting down a school due to the incompetence of police to pull into line a handful of troublemakers," they said. Along with other Cape York communities, Aurukun has had funding and services poured into it in recent years, and has also been a testing-ground for policies such as "income management", where welfare payments are credited to a card which can only be used to buy food and essential supplies. David Glasgow, head of the Family Responsibilities Commission, a statutory body created by government in conjunction with Cape York residents to improve parenting, community safety and school attendance, told the BBC that the situation in Aurukun had "slid backwards" over the past 18 months. He blamed a big influx of new faces, including into the police force, which had eroded community trust, as well as an ongoing dispute about a bauxite mining project on Aboriginal land, and the employment at Aurukun's health clinic last year of a man who allegedly faked his nurse credentials. He is facing trial on 115 charges including fraud, assault, supplying drugs and unlawful wounding. Repeat offenders Although the community is officially "dry", alcohol is periodically smuggled in. Mr Glasgow, who visits regularly, was in town earlier this week. "On Tuesday night the grog came in and the noise went on into the small hours," he said. "The next day there were only 88 kids in school.". The latest wave began a fortnight ago, when youths allegedly tried to break into two teachers' homes, threatened the principal, Scott Fatnova, with an axe and stole his car. Twenty-five teachers were evacuated, but most returned last week. Then last weekend, despite the presence of extra police and security guards, Mr Fatnova was threatened and carjacked, this time by youths wielding knives and machetes. Many of the children and young people who roam the streets at night are not attending school. In some cases, their parents are absent, and they are living with grandparents or other relatives who "can't control them", according to Mr Glasgow. The Queensland Premier, Annastacia Palaszczuk, flew to Aurukun on Friday, along with the state's Aboriginal affairs minister, Curtis Pitt, and the Police Commissioner, Ian Stewart. But there is a widespread view that the community has to step up and solve its own problems. The mayor, Dereck Walpo, told a recent community meeting: "You [parents] should be ashamed of yourselves for not playing your part. It's more than a lack of respect and a lack of discipline. It's neglect." Mr Glasgow said that, although inter-clan tensions meant it was sometimes "like Beirut up there", Aurukun residents were united in "wanting the fighting to stop, wanting the drunkenness to stop, wanting the kids to be looked after properly".
