This shows how the game works. It's really not all that complicated! A LOT is 4 cards in a line in which each individual property (color, shape & number) is either the same on each card or different on each card.

Skunk Bingo from Gamewright

01:29
For the full review, where it's in stock, and how much it costs, visit http://www.timetoplaymag.com/product/7839/gamewright/skunk-bingo/ Skunk Bingo puts a cute spin on traditional Bingo using a plastic log, animal cards, and a spinner. Like traditional Bingo, each player gets a board. The first player to fill his board wins. To play, you need two to four players. Take turns spinning the spinner. If you land on a number, place that many animal cards into one side of the log. If you land on a skunk, you place a skunk card into the log. If any cards pop out on the other side of the log during your turn and you have a matching animal on your board, add those animal cards to your board. But if a skunk pops out, you say "P U!" The skunk and any other cards that pop out with it are discarded, and your turn is over. Keep playing until a player fills his board, gets Skunk Bingo, and wins the game.

Chef Pop de Pop from Gamewright

03:07
For the full review, where it's in stock, and how much it costs, visit http://www.timetoplaymag.com/product/8032/gamewright/chef-pop-de-pop/ Chef Pop de Pop is a popcorn counting game for two to six players. The object of the game is to collect the most cards to win. You collect cards by adding up the popcorn on the dice and matching them to the total on your cards. Each player receives four cards that they display face-up in a row in front of them. The rest of the cards get stacked face-down into the draw pile. The first player shakes the popcorn shaker and looks at the black action die to determine how to proceed. If the action die says "Pop", all players race to be the first to pop out of their seats and shout, "Pop!" The first player to do so moves all four of his cards into his scoring pile and draws four new cards. That ends the round. If the action die shows a piece of burnt popcorn, the shaker must collect one burnt popcorn card and add it to his score pile. This card will subtract one point from his total at the end of the game. If the action die shows a bowl of popcorn, the shaker can take a card from any player's score pile and add it to his own. And if the action die shows a popcorn kernel, the shaker draws the top popcorn card from the draw pile and adds it to his row of cards. With the exception of the "Pop" action die, once the shaker has made his move, all other players have a chance to score cards. Count up the various flavors of popcorn shown on the die in the shaker. Then compare each flavor's total with the popcorn on your cards. If you can combine one or more of your cards to equal the total of a single flavor, place those cards in your score pile. For example, if there are two buttered popcorn in the shaker, and you have two cards each with one buttered popcorn on them, you can score those two cards. Once all players have collected their cards, everyone draws cards from the draw pile so that they have four cards again. Then, it's the next player's turn to be the shaker. The game ends when either the popcorn draw pile or burnt popcorn pile runs out. All players count up their cards, and whoever has the highest score wins. This game comes with 80 popcorn cards and one popcorn shaker.

Go Nuts for Donuts from Gamewright

03:05
GO NUTS FOR DONUTS! TTPM reviews this new multi-layer card game from Gamewright, which has players racing to score donut cards and donut card combos to earn the most points at the end of the game. but don't be fooled, this is not another rendition of Sushi Go! Watch the full review to hear our thoughts and what makes this a must-have card game. For full review and shopping info► https://ttpm.com/p/25032/gamewright/go-nuts-for-donuts/?ref=yt Product Info: Go Nuts for Donuts is a new quick-moving card game from Gamewright that has players vying for donut card combos and trying to stay one step ahead of their opponents to earn the most points. To set up the game, each player is dealt a set of selection cards equal to the number of people playing, plus one additional card. Donut row indicators are placed at the center of the gaming area, which equal the number of selection cards dealt. Donut cards are then shuffled and placed in the center of the gaming area, beside the donut row. Donut cards feature dots that indicate the required minimum number of players needed to use: two for two players, three for three players, all the way up to the max of five. How to play: Donut cards are placed below the donut row indicators. Players then decide which card they want from the selection, and at the same time flip their selection card over. If players go for the same donut card, neither player gets the donut. That card immediately moves to the discard pile and is replaced with a new card. If you get the donut, add it to your hand. Each donut card has a different action and/or point value to it. So, for example if you collect the most plain donuts you'll earn three points at the end of the game. Or if a card you wanted the last round is on the top of the discard pile, and you score an clair donut card the next round, you get to take the clair card plus the top card on the discard pile. Once all the donut cards have been played, players tally their points. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins. ✮SEE MORE TOYS✮ ARTSPLASH 3D LIQUID ART: https://ttpm.com/p/23570/mattel/artsplash-3d-liquid-art/?ref=yt DC SUPER HERO GIRLS FROST: https://ttpm.com/p/23551/mattel/dc-super-hero-girls-frost/?ref=yt MARVEL SPIDER-MAN SWING AND SLING SPIDEY: https://ttpm.com/p/23125/just-play/marvel-spiderman-swing-and-sling-spidey/?ref=yt ✮SUBSCRIBE TTPM Toy Reviews✮ https://www.youtube.com/c/ttpm ✮SUBSCRIBE TTPM Baby Gear Reviews✮ https://www.youtube.com/c/ttpmbaby ✮SUBSCRIBE TTPM Pet Toys & Gear Reviews✮ https://www.youtube.com/c/ttpmpets ✮SUBSCRIBE TTPM First Look Toys Unboxing✮ https://www.youtube.com/c/ttpmfirstlooktoys ✮FOLLOW US✮ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TTPMOfficial Twitter: https://twitter.com/ttpm Instagram: https://instagram.com/ttpmofficial/ Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/ttpmofficial/ Snapchat: TTPMOfficial: https://www.snapchat.com/add/ttpmofficial ✮FOLLOW TTPM Baby✮ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TTPMBaby/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/TTPMbaby Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ttpmbaby/ ✮FOLLOW TTPM Pets✮ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TTPMPets Twitter: https://twitter.com/TTPMPets Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ttpmpets/ Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/ttpmpets/ Disclosure: Toys reviewed by TTPM are selected by the TTPM editorial team from submissions from manufacturers who provide the samples for review consideration. Flip Out Game Review from Gamewright

03:21
Flip Out, a quick, colorful card switching and swapping game by Gamewright, takes the fun of a card game up a notch. Players use cards with colored designs on both the front and the back in an attempt to collect a "set" of 4, 5, or 6 same color adjacent cards. Sounds easy enough, but look out; while you're playing the cards you see, other players are playing the differing designs on the backs of your cards. If they see a set, it's theirs. Flip Out is truly a great game for newcomers to card games and veteran card gamers alike. http://besttoysguide.com/reviews/flip-out-game

Edo's IOTA Review

01:59
IOTA Game Review IOTA designed by Gene Mackles and published by Gamewright is a cross between Qwirkle and SET in a teeny tiny form factor. The game is for 2-4 players and the rules are simple. You are trying to extend the tiles on the board by adding to lines where each individual property (color, shape and number) on the tile is either the same on each card or different on each card. IOTA does a nice job of falling somewhere between the aforementioned games. It is slower paced and more strategic like Qwirkle, but has the amped up mental math of SET. Love the form factory and recommended as a fun, carry-along game. Please like, subscribe, and share with your friends! Learning Games with Labyrinth: Iota

21:40
Local teen, Ian Herzog-Pohl, approached Labyrinth Games & Puzzles wanting to practice his videography skills while making some videos for the store. We collaborated and decided to do a series of videos that taught the rules to kid and family-friendly games that don't always get attention from the bigger review sites. We also wanted to include some pointers on how games can be used for educational purposes. We chose Iota as our first video because we frequently have customers mention being confused by the rules, and because it's one of our favorite games. It also has enormous educational value. Joe Name It from Gamewright

01:03
See the full review at http://www.timetoplaymag.com/toys/2713/gamewright/joe-name-it/ Can you name a movie with two sequels? How about a music group with three members? Joe Name It is a fast-paced party game that tests your numbers knowledge. On each player's turn, they draw a card from the box. Any Joe cards mean that everyone can play. Roll the numbered die and then read the card aloud, filling in the blank with the number rolled. For example, "Name an album title with the number __4__." The first player to correctly name something that fits the criteria keeps the card. If you draw a Just Joe card, only you can answer the card. The same rules apply as with Any Joe cards—roll the die and fill in the blank with the number, then try to answer correctly. If you do, you keep the card. The first player to collect 10 cards wins the game.

How to play Dragonwood | HOW TO PLAY

04:04
Danny McKinley from ZiaComics.com teaches us how to play Dragonwood by Gamewright. Dare to enter Dragonwood! Deep in the heart of this mythical forest lurk angry ogres, giggling goblins, and even the famed and fearsome fire-breathers themselves! In Dragonwood, you collect sets of adventurer cards to earn dice, which you then use to roll against your foes. Stomp on some fire ants, scream at a grumpy troll, or strike the menacing orange dragon with a magical silver sword. Choose your strategy carefully because the landscape of Dragonwood is ever-changing. Only the bravest will overcome the odds to emerge victorious! Gameplay: On their turn, players either draw a card or attempt to capture a creature or enhancement. Players draw from the Adventurer deck that contains cards of 5 different colors all numbered 1-12. With these cards players form combinations to attempt a Strike (cards in a row of any color), a Stomp (cards of the same number) or a Scream (cards of the same color). To capture, players roll a number of dice equal to the number of cards they have of the particular combination. Each creature has different minimum values of a Strike, Stomp or Scream needed to capture it, and a Victory Point amount. The game includes six, six-sided dice with sides 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, and 4 to reduce extremely lucky outcomes. The Dragonwood deck has 42 cards, 5 of which are displayed in the landscape at any time. In addition to creatures, this deck also has enhancements that are captured in the same way as creatures which assist players in capturing creatures, and contains events that also impact play. When both dragons have been defeated, the game is over and the player with the most victory points wins! Is the best strategy to go for several smaller creatures or save up for larger attacks? Should you grab some enhancements hoping they will pay off, or go immediately for creatures? Do you take chances on some rolls or go for sure things? Every time you play Dragonwood the deck is different, so no two games are the same! http://www.ziacomics.com https://www.facebook.com/zia.comics https://www.youtube.com/ziacomics -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Please watch: "Justice League of America (JLA) Rebirth" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-q_yVl8agr4 -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

Dweebies Card Game

04:09
Meet the Dweebies! These uniquely colorful characters are out to capture your heart, but you must capture them first! Round up Dweebies by matching cards on both ends of any row. Seems simple at first... but Dweebies can be tricky, and some will disappear before they've met their match! Collect the most cards and consider yourself the Dweebie-in-Chief! And that is Dweebies!
