Stage II Grade A Periodontitis Microbiota. Mark Bonner dmd
For dentists: Here is usual biofilm again of a 6mm PPD in periodontal Stage II Grade A patient (Leica DM750 ICC50 W camera). Not smoking, no medical history and very sporty fit young adult. Quite long video, it only reveals, first step bacterial pathogen filamentous organisation followed by parasitic infection and typical inflammatory process producing bone loss. Removing all this pathogenic microbiota wether porphyromonas gingivalis, streptococcus, spirochetes, bacteroides, trichomonas or entamoeba (https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fcimb.2018.00379/full) and leaving normal commensal biofilm without inflammatory cells will easily brings back complete health. More effective, this early case do not show any calculus either in supra or sub gingival area. Periodontal disease is associated with cardiac disorder, pulmonary diseases, preterm baby, Alzheimer, arthritic conditions, osteoporosis and some cancer. Better cure it as soon as possible. This can be done with a simple procedure : microscopic monitoring plaque specimen from the affected pocket. It only takes 5 minutes and is no pain procedure. Using desinfectant, dessicants and appropriate medication with patient appropriate hygiene training brings back commensal healthy biofilm (Periodontal Healing Protocol Bonner Dunoyé 2014). Keeping this normal biofilm for about 12 months, monitored mensually with phase contrast microscopy renders periodontal cure easily available for most patients. Calculus removal is easy to complete from 5 month disinfection and return to normal microbiota. As Periodontal Disease is defined as Microbial Dysbiosis with Inflammatory Dysregulation with bone loss consequence, it is urgent to use microscopic technology to confirm and correct those parameters. Restriction in treatment to modifiying factors such as smoking, diabetis and genetic constitute a total imposture toward medical procedures and healing. Periodontal disease is an infection and an inflammatory dysregulation. It imperatively should be medically adressed as such. Periodontal disease is the biggest medical lie ever to human kind: oral amebiasis and trichomoniasis on a primary gingivitis infection. Nobody tells patients, doctors apparently forgot medecine and history, they prefer continuity and surgery! Periodontal disease is said chronicle disease. Insane. Mark Bonner dmd

Biofilm post low dose doxycycline 9 month: no results: recurent periodontitis
For Drs Periodontists: this is young patient 35 years old wich had 2 times root planing, having no success, with still deep pockets, had 9 months Doxycycline low dose. https://www.editionsamyris.com/fr/anglais/97-to-kiss-or-not-to-kiss-a-cure-for-gum-disease.html Still many pockets 8 and 9 mm deep at examination. 100x parasites creating many channels, 1000x Oral Amebiasis confirmed. Total Pocket mouth mm over 3mm was 327 mm. We treated the patient medicaly, Antiparasitic method (AOS journal 2013) removing parasites, pathogen motile bacteria, removing WBC. First year succes was 80% pocket closure, no surgery. Second year was 90% pocket closure, four year was 99% pocket closure (4.5mm total mouth over 3mm) . No surgery, only microbe removal ans détartrages. 2 courses of metronidazole, local disinfection with H2O2 1% plus Torrens powder 2 times a day. No more bleeding. Commensal biofilm confirmed: only non motile coccis and filaments, no spirochetes, no vibrios nor bacillae, no parasites, no WBC. About complete success. No pain, no surgery. Always confirm oral microbiota with microscope! Qlympus BX41, saliva mount, 100x and 1000x sulcus biofilm. http://www.periocureiip.com http://www.parodontite.com Book: "To Kiss or Not To Kiss.
